Crispy Fried Egg
Fried eggs with crispy edges. This is a slightly different way to make fried eggs, but try it – it’s delicious!
Normally, fried eggs only get crispy by mistakenly overcooking them. But here crisp edges are the goal, and with the temperature-controlled cooking it’s easy to achieve.
Ingredients
Crispy Fried Egg
1 dl Oil or bacon fat
1 pcs. Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Steps
Cook the egg
Heat the pan to 200 °C. Add enough oil to allow the egg to almost swim in it. The egg will almost be deep fried.Crack the egg into the pan. Fry the egg for 2 minutes until all the white has set.Season to taste with salt and pepper.
