Ztove.com collects, uses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Regulation. You can read more about how we handle personal data in our privacy policy.

Orders

Ztove Nordic ApS reserves the right to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations.

When you place an order on ztove.com it is not a legally binding agreement. You will receive a final binding order confirmation and invoice, when your order has been dispatched.

If the email address provided is invalid, ztove.com takes no responsibility for any missing information that might have occurred as a result of this.

Prices

If nothing else is stated all prices are incl. 25% VAT and stated in Danish kroner.

Reservations are made for printing errors, price changes, out-of-stock items, tax changes, currency changes and force majeure. The prices are only valid in Denmark, excl. the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Payment methods

Payment card

• All payments made with Visa/Dankort, VISA, Visa Electron and Mastercard at ztove.com are done via a secure connection. Your card information is encrypted with SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) and cannot be read by others. The secure connection is indicated in the browser by a small green padlock. Ztove.com does not have access to your card details. Ztove.com uses a payment solution from Quickpay. We first withdraw the amount from the card when we have dispatched your order.

MobilePay from Danske Bank

• Payment with MobilePay takes place via your mobile phone, so you don’t have to enter your card details. Payment is made by entering a phone number that is registered with MobilePay in the payment window. Afterwards you will receive a payment request directly on your phone. When the request is approved, the transaction is completed and a receipt is displayed on the screen.

Payment with Apple Pay

• Payment with Apple Pay can be used with Apple devices. If you use Apple Pay on your Apple device, you can approve the purchase via Touch ID or Face ID. Apple does not store your account number on their servers. You simply select Apple Pay on the payment page, and then you will get the option to approve the payment with Apple Pay.

Delivery

All products are delivered directly to the buyer’s address. Delivery costs are included in the product price. Items that are in stock will normally be dispatched the same day, or at the latest 2 workdays after the order has been placed. If the item isn’t in stock, an extended delivery time must be expected. When the order is dispatched, a delivery confirmation is sent via email.

100 day trial period

In addition to the standard 14 days right of withdrawal, you always get a 100-day trial period on all items purchased on ztove.com.
You can therefore easily try Ztove at home without any worries.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Sales Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products purchased from ztove.com. This takes effect the day you, or another person specified by you, receives the products. At Ztove, we don’t think you should make a decision so quickly. That’s why you always get a 100-day trial period with us.

Copyright

The content of the website ztove.com – including product images, texts, graphics, web graphics and other data – is owned by ztove.com. The material is protected by copyright law as well as intellectual and industrial property rights. Use of items mentioned above, without written consent from ztove.com, is punishable according to applicable law.

Ztove.com has no ownership rights over web icons and fonts made available for free through open sources. Including Font Awesome, Glyphicons and Google Fonts.
