When you buy products from Ztove, you get free shipping and returns. We aim to ship products within 1-2 working days. We want to make the experience as smooth as possible for you.
If you are in the process of remodelling your kitchen or, for other reasons, wish to reserve your item for delivery at a later date, this can be arranged by direct contact. Otherwise, you can write as a note when you purchase the product that we should contact you for an alternative delivery time.
We offer you to have your cooktop fitted. Read more below about how the delivery process works both with and without fitting.
When you order a cooktop or stove with fitting, your order will be sent to a fitter in your area within one working day. Once the fitter has received your order, you will be contacted to arrange a time for the fitting as soon as possible.
When you order a cooktop or stove without fitting, you will receive a call from our customer service within one working day to arrange a delivery time. You can already receive your order after two working days. If you have ordered cookware or other accessories, they will be sent with the cooktop.
Cookware and accessories
When you order cookware or accessories before 4 pm on a weekday, the order will be shipped by GLS the same day. If you order after 4 pm or at the weekend, the order will be shipped on the following working day.
When you order a cooktop or stove upgrade, you will be contacted by a fitter in your area within 1-3 business days.
You will be sent a package that the fitter will need to upgrade your cooktop or stove. The package also includes your cookware.
If you order the upgrade before 4 pm on a weekday, the package will be sent by GLS the same day. If you order after 4 pm or at the weekend, the package will be sent the next working day. Once the order is handed over to GLS, you can expect a delivery time of 1-2 business days.
