Delivery
When you buy products from Ztove, you get free shipping and returns. We aim to ship products within 1 day from our warehouse in Denmark.
In Denmark you can expect delivery between 2-3 business days. In the rest of Europe you can expect 3-5 business day delivery time.
We always deliver straight to your door.
If you are in the process of remodelling your kitchen or, for other reasons, wish to reserve your item for delivery at a later date, this can be arranged by direct contact. Otherwise, you can write as a note when you purchase the product that we should contact you for an alternative delivery time.
Cookware and accessories
When you order cookware or accessories before 11 am on a weekday, the order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 11 am or at the weekend, the order will be shipped on the following working day.
Expected shipping times in Denmark: 1-3 business days.
Expected shipping times in the rest of Europe: 3-5 business days.
