Delivery

When you purchase products from Ztove, you will receive free shipping throughout Denmark and most European countries. If your shipment requires additional charges due to your location, we will contact you in advance. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days to ensure a seamless experience.

If you are renovating your kitchen or wish to reserve your item for delivery at a later date for any other reason, you may add this information in the “comment” section of your order or contact a Ztove representative directly. Alternatively, when placing your order, you can request that we contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery

When you order an induction hob, and not set the delivery date, our Support Agent will contact you within 1-2 business days to arrange a delivery time. You will receive your order as soon as two business days after ordering. If you’ve also ordered cookware or other accessories, they will be shipped together with the hob.

Without Installation

Cookware and Accessories

If you order cookware or accessories before 12:00 noon on a business day, your order will be shipped via PostNord the same day. If you place your order after 12:00 noon or during the weekend, it will be shipped the next business day. Once handed over to PostNord, you can expect a delivery time of 1–2 business days* to the nearest parcel shop.
