Ztove trial period

We want our users to have the best experience using our product.

When you buy a Ztove Cooktop or Ztove Cookware from ztove.com, you have a 100-day trial period.

If you decide within 100 days that the Ztove system is not for you, you will get a full refund – no questions asked. We will come to you and uninstall the design at no extra cost.

If you regret the choice of your cooktop model, you can exchange it for another Ztove model without paying extra for delivery. You simply pay for the price difference between the two cooktops – or get reimbursed if the price is lower.

Remember to keep the packaging during the trial period so the products can be easily re-packed and returned to us.

When can you not get a refund?

You can not get a refund if:

“The products are in a significantly deteriorated condition, e.g. from damage caused by improper handling.”
