Fried eggs are delicious and great for both breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This is the classic version of fried egg. Where the egg is fried with the lid on, so the egg white has time to completely set.

1 pcs. Eggs

1 tbsp. Butter

Salt

Pepper

Steps

Fry the egg

Heat the pan to 135 °C and add the butter.

Crack the egg into the pan and cover with a lid. Fry the egg for about 4 minutes with the lid on until the white is set.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
