2-year warranty

In addition to our 100-day trial period, you get a 2-year warranty on all hobs and cookware purchased from ztove.com.

Should unlikely errors or defects occur, we will repair or replace the products free of charge for two years from the time of purchase.

When does the warranty not apply?

The warranty does not apply if the products have been used for purposes for which they were not intended, and this use has led to the deterioration of the product.

Here are four examples where the warranty will not apply:

Example: You have used our pots or pans over an open fire, and the product has broken. In this case, you cannot use the warranty because the product had been used improperly.

Example: You have harmed the non-stick coating by using metal utensils for cooking or cleaning.

Example: You have dropped something heavy on the hob, damaging the glass plate.

Example: You used a dishwasher to clean your pots and pans.
