Pork chop is a classic and delicious cut of meat, but it can quickly become dry if not cooked properly. Here’s a recipe that guarantees tender and succulent pork chops. The outcome is a juicy and flavourful piece of meat that makes a great part of your meal.

Ingredients

Pan-fried Pork Chops

Salt and Pepper as needed

4 pcs. Pork chop

Butter for frying

Steps

1
Prepare the pork chops

Season both sides of the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.

2
Fry the pork chops

Heat the butter in a pan at 190°C until it melts.

Once the butter has melted, add the seasoned pork chops to the pan. Fry the chops for about 1½ minutes on the first side. Then, flip them over and fry for an additional 1 minute on the second side. If desired, you can turn the chops more frequently, ensuring they cook evenly, as long as they are cooked for a total of 2½ minutes.

Notes

This recipe is made with thin pork chops, approximately 1½ cm thick, which are commonly found in supermarkets.
