Automatic Reduction of Liquids
This automatic program is perfect when you need to reduce a stock or sauce. In the program you can choose how much liquid you want to evaporate. Then the program automatically calculates how much energy is needed to evaporate the desired amount of liquid.
In the program you can adjust the amount of liquid, wattage and temperature. Start the programme and let your stock reduce without having to keep an eye on it.

Reduce your liquid
Pour your liquid into a saucepan.Press the “Adjust Recipe” tab. Here you can choose how much liquid that needs to be evaporated, and at what temperature and how many watts. Set how much liquid you want to cook away. Start the program and then Ztove will notify you when your liquid has reduced to the desired amount.
