Ztove.com collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Ordering

When you place an order through our website, our system will automatically send an order confirmation to your email. Once you receive the order confirmation, a binding agreement has been made. When your item is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with additional information about the expected delivery time and date.

If an invalid email address is provided, ztove.com is not responsible for any lack of information as a result.

Prices

All prices include 25% VAT and are listed in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right for typographical errors, price changes, sold-out items, changes in taxes, currency fluctuations, and force majeure. Prices are only valid in Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Payment Methods

Payment Cards

Payments with Visa/Dankort, VISA, Visa Electron, and Mastercard on ztove.com are processed through a secure connection. Entered card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and cannot be read by others. A small green padlock in the browser indicates the secure connection. Ztove.com never has access to your card information. Payments are processed using Quickpay. The amount will only be charged when the items are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.

MobilePay by Danske Bank

With MobilePay, you can pay via your mobile phone without entering card details. Simply enter the phone number linked to MobilePay in the payment window. A payment request will then appear on your phone, and the transaction is completed once approved. A receipt will be displayed on your screen.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available on Apple devices. Approve purchases using Touch ID or Face ID. Apple does not store your account number on their servers. Select Apple Pay at checkout, then approve the payment via Apple Pay.

Delivery

All products are delivered to the buyer’s address. Products are typically only delivered within Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Delivery costs are included in the product price. Items in stock are usually dispatched on the same day or within 2 business days of order placement. If an item is out of stock, delivery time may be extended. A shipping confirmation will be sent by email upon dispatch.

Warranty

Under Danish law, products come with a 2-year warranty for material and/or manufacturing defects.

This means you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced. If repairs cannot be made within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a price reduction or refund.

Claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Contact Support via the app or email: info@ztove.com.

The warranty does not cover faults or damages caused by improper use of the product.

Ztove covers reasonable return shipping costs.
