Boil water – an aid for boiling water
When preparing food by cooking it in water, you want the water to come quickly to a boil. This recipe helps achieve just that. Simply go into the app and start the program corresponding to the amount of water you wish to boil. Ztove will then rapidly bring it to a boil at full power, stopping just before it boils over.
You can boil the water with the lid on. The water level inside the pot can be gauged by the measurements on the side of the pot. Measure the water before adding any other ingredients. For instance, if you have potatoes in the pot and add water to the 1.5 liter mark, there may actually be less than 1 liter of water in the pot, which can cause it to boil over. It’s better to err on the side of slightly more water than too little.
