Frequently Asked Questions

How does Ztove work?

The Ztove cookware tracks the temperature with a built-in sensor. Your hob is connected to your cookware, and this allows you to control the temperature of your pots and pans using the hob—instead of just using levels 1–9.

The hob automatically maintains the selected temperature.

How to Use It

  1. Place a Ztove pan or pot on the Ztove hob.
  2. Turn on the zone, and the cookware connects automatically.
  3. Set your desired temperature directly on the hob.
  4. Cook away!

When using induction pots and pans without a built-in temperature sensor, the hob functions as a regular induction hob with levels 1–9 and boost.

Does the hob work with regular pots and pans?

Yes.

When you use induction pots and pans without a built-in temperature sensor, the hob functions just like a regular induction hob. You control the heat with levels 1-9 and boost.

However, you won’t be able to monitor or control the temperature with ±1 ºC precision unless you use Ztove cookware.

What size hob should I choose?

If you want to replace your current induction hob, measure the hole in your worktop to see which of Ztove’s standard sizes fits your hole.

Find hole dimensions under specifications on the hob page.

If you’re renovating your kitchen, you are free to choose whichever hob you want. Your kitchen supplier can cut the worktop to fit the hob.

Do you ship Ztove to my country?

We ship hobs directly to your door anywhere in the EU—free of charge.

  • Denmark: 1–2 weekdays

  • Sweden, Norway, Finland: 3–5 weekdays

  • Rest of EU: 4–5 weekdays

How does the 100-day trial work?

When you buy Ztove, you can try cooking at home with Ztove for 100 days. If you decide during this period that the Ztove is not for you can return it –  no questions asked.

The trial period starts the day you receive the hob.
