Overview

    Send Troubleshooting Data to Ztove

    You can share troubleshooting data with Ztove. This makes it easier for us to diagnose issues with your products if challenges arise.

    Step 1 – Log in to the App

    Open your Ztove app and ensure you are logged in.

    1. Tap the profile button in the bottom right corner.
    2. If you are logged in, your username will be displayed at the top.
    3. If you don’t have an account, tap “Log in” to sign in or create an account.

    Step 2 – Grant Permission

    1. Tap the profile button in the bottom right corner.
    2. Select “Settings.”
    3. Under Privacy, select “Permissions.”
    4. Ensure that “Send troubleshooting data to Ztove” is enabled.

    If you prefer not to share troubleshooting data with Ztove, that’s perfectly fine, but it may make it difficult for us to assist you further if issues persist. You can disable this feature at any time, and we can delete your data upon request.

    Step 3 – Connect Cookware

    The next time your pots and pans are connected, Ztove will receive data about their status, including any errors. Connect your cookware now to send data to Ztove.

    Restart Your Hob

    You can perform a complete restart of your hob through the app.

    1. Tap the profile button in the bottom right corner.
    2. Select “Devices.”
    3. Choose your hob.
    4. Under tools, tap “Restart.”

    The process may take up to 15 seconds. You might hear a small click from the hob, even if it is turned off.

    Update to the Latest Version

    Your Ztove induction hob is continuously improved with new features, optimizations, and adjustments to ensure the best possible experience. If you encounter any issues, updating your hob to the latest version often helps. It’s easy and takes between 5–10 minutes.

    Follow the steps below. If you still experience challenges, don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Step 1 – Check if You Have the Latest Version

    For the best experience, your induction hob should always be up to date.

    • Turn on your hob.
    • Press the menu on the left.
    • Select “About.”

    Here, you can see the version of your hob. Latest version: V3.0.3.

    You should also update your cookware. We recommend resetting the setup to ensure everything is up to date.

    Step 2 – Update Your Hob

    1. In the Ztove app, tap the profile button in the top right corner.
    2. Select “Devices.”
    3. Choose “Search for updates.”
    4. Update your hob.

    Why Should I Connect to Wi-Fi?

    Your induction hob keeps getting better.

    Over time, new features, control optimizations, and bug fixes will be introduced. If your hob is connected to Wi-Fi, it will automatically check for updates and notify you when you can enhance your hob even further.

    How do I check if I have the latest version?

    Follow these steps to see if you have the latest version:

    • Turn on your hob.
    • Press the menu on the left.
    • Select “About.”

    Here, you can see the version of your hob. Latest version: V3.0.0.

    Note: It is not necessary to be connected to Wi-Fi to cook.
