Return policy

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, products are covered by a 2-year right of complaint. This right applies to defects and non-conformities that were present at the time of delivery, or where the cause of the defect was present at the time of delivery.

This generally means that you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced. If this cannot be done within a reasonable period of time, you may, depending on the circumstances, instead be entitled to a proportionate reduction in price or a refund of the purchase price.

The right of complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect use, improper operation, or other inappropriate handling of the product.

For justified complaints, ztove will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

When purchasing from ztove.com, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day on which you, or another person designated by you, receives the product.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us before the end of the 14-day period. You can contact us through Support in the ztove app or by email at:

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you have paid in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product, or until you have provided documentation showing that the product has been returned.
