One pancake in 2016

Peter is an engineer. And engineers notice things other people ignore.

In 2016, he was making pancakes for his 4-year-old son when a simple question stopped him: Why does the first pancake always fail?

He investigated. The answer was surprising. The temperature inside the pan was constantly changing — even when the hob setting stayed the same. The dial that goes from 1 to 9? It doesn't control temperature. It never did.

Peter connected the dots immediately. He hacked his hob, built a pan with a built-in temperature sensor, and had a working prototype within weeks.

The proof is in the numbers. The future of cooking is temperature — just like your oven has always known.

Nothing boils over. Nothing burns. Cooking has never been this effortless.
