If you already have a AEG IKE96654FB, you can get Ztove without changing your cooktop.
You get all the same features of Ztove in your own cooktop. You also get 2 free pieces of cookware from us to get you started.
When you order this upgrade, one of our technicians will call you to schedule a time with you to install the Ztove module at your home.
How do I know if this is my cooktop?
There are multiple ways to check find your model number.
The easiest way is to check your old order confirmation or invoice from when you bought it.
If you can’t find your invoice you can lift your cooktop on most models and find the model number on the back-side.
If unsure, send us a picture of your cooktop in our chat or at [email protected].
Warranty
When you upgrade your cooktop, we take over the current warranty of the product, if there is any. If you have a 1-year warranty left on your current cooktop, that 1-year warranty is transferred over to us.
We want to assure our users that we offer future-proof technology. Therefore we guarantee that our software will always support your cooktop. If unforeseen complications occur with your model, we will fix or replace it free of charge.
100-day trial period
We trust the quality of our products and we want you to have a good experience using them.
If you decide within 100 days that the Ztove system isn’t for you, you can choose to get a full refund – no questions asked. We will come to you and uninstall the system at no extra cost.
