This is included with the Ztove 80 Downdraft
This pleated carbon filter for recirculation without ducting for the Ztove 80 Downd. It captures odors and grease from cooking air and can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement. Designed for long-lasting performance with simple maintenance.
Regeneration & Replacement Guide
The pleated filter is washable and can be regenerated multiple times before needing replacement. We recommend regenerating it every 2 months by cleaning it either by hand or in the dishwasher.
How to Regenerate the Filter:
- Open the locking clips and remove the cover.
- Take out the pleated filter.
- Clean it by hand or in the dishwasher.
- Dry it in the oven for about 60 minutes at 60 °C.
- Reinsert the filter and close the cover.
Replacement Guidelines:
Even with regular cleaning, the filter must be replaced after 2 years.
Depending on how often you cook, consider replacing it earlier:
- Light use: 24–27 months
- Moderate use: 21–24 months
- Heavy use: 18–21 months
