
Toasted Burger Buns
Store-bought burger buns are just so much better warmed up. And if you toast them in a pan in butter, it doesn’t get much better!
This method is great for all types of burger buns. The buns get a nice golden, buttery and crispy crust and with temperature control it is easy to ensure that they don’t burn.

1 pcs. Brioche burger buns , potato buns or regular burger buns

Toast the burger bun
Heat a frying pan to 195ºC.Cut the bun in half.Add a generous knob of butter to the pan. Place the bun cut side down and cook for about 2 minutes. Turn and cook for 20-30 seconds on the other side.
Notes
At 195ºC you’ll get a dark toasted burger bun. If you want it a bit lighter toasted, then reduce the temperature, try 175ºC.
