
Sausages Fried at the Perfect Temperature
We have experimented with what temperatures are best for cooking different types of sausages. And we found one temperature that is good for all sausages, you only need to adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the sausage.
Sausages become dry, gritty and crack if the core temperature exceeds 65 ºC. Therefore, we have tested how long sausages of different thicknesses should be cooked in a pan at 150 ºC to obtain a core temperature of 65 ºC.
