If you’ve never tried homemade Nutella, you’re missing out.
This Nutella is made with homemade hazelnut praline, which gives the Nutella a deep and complex nut flavour.
Ingredients

240 gram Hazelnut Praline
1 tsp. Oil, grapeseed
140 gram Milk chocolate, 34%
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder

Notes
The cocoa powder gives the Nutella a slightly darker taste, if you want a sweeter and milder Nutella, you can just leave it out.
The oil can be omitted, but it makes the Nutella creamier and easier to spread on a piece of bread.
You can also use different types of chocolate. Dark chocolate 50% gives a slightly darker and stronger chocolate flavour. Whereas 70% might be a bit too dark for most people. The recipe is made with milk chocolate at around 34%, this gives a very rich nutty flavour where the chocolate is not too overpowering.
