
Fried Egg with Runny Yolk
This fried egg is cooked without a lid and at a lower temperature, but for a little longer than you normally cook fried eggs. This results in an egg that has a completely runny yolk, but where the egg white is still fully set.

Fried Egg
1 tsp. Butter or oil
1 pcs. Eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cook the fried egg
Heat the pan to 98 °C. Add butter or oil. Crack the egg into the pan and fry for 8-10 minutes, until the egg white is completely set. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
