
Easy Stovetop Granola
An easy and delicious granola – perfect served with milk or as a topping for yogurt.
This granola is made in the pan and, as you can control the temperature, it is just as easy to make as if you were to bake it in the oven. Store the granola in an airtight container and you’ll have breakfast for the week.
You can easily customize the granola to your taste. Use other nuts and seeds, change the dried fruit or leave it out altogether and add spices such as cinnamon or cardamom. You can also replace the honey with syrup or maple syrup.
Ingredients
Stovetop Granola
50 gram Almonds
25 gram Butter
75 gram Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla sugar
125 gram Rolled oats
25 gram Pumpkin seeds
pinch Fine salt
75-100 gram Raisins

Notes
This recipe is made using a 24 cm pan, if you use a 28 cm pan the granola will probably need a shorter cooking time as the layer in the pan will be thinner.
