The built-in temperature sensor is located 1 mm below the surface and measures the temperature with a precision of 1 °C.
The pot features a thick 3-layer construction of steel and aluminum, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire surface. The edges are designed with a drip-free pouring rim, preventing liquids from running down the sides when pouring.
In combination with a Ztove hob, the temperature can be controlled.
